Return and refund Policy

Anneson does not offer any return or exchange as part of its standard policy, whether for domestic or international orders. This applies to both off-the-rack purchases and custom-made garments.

ALTERATIONS

Alterations will be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

• If the product received is damaged or defective.

• If you receive an incorrect item from your original order.

In such instances, please notify our team via email within 24 hours of receiving the item. The email must clearly mention the issue and include images highlighting the problem areas.

 

Upon review and approval, you may send the product back to Anneson. Final discretion on accepting a return or approving an alteration lies solely with www.annesons.com, based on our quality checks and timeline compliance.

When returning the item for alteration:

• Ensure the garment is unused and in its original packaging, sealed properly.

• Necessary corrections will be made, and a new delivery date will be shared with the customer.

FIT & SIZE

Please refer to our standard size chart to choose the size that fits you best. Fits may vary depending on the style and cut, and all garments are designed with an ease margin of 3-4 inches for comfort.

Custom/Bespoke garments will be tailored based on the measurements provided by the customer. Inaccuracies in provided measurements may lead to fit issues. Any alteration required due to such discrepancies will be chargeable.

COLOUR VARIATIONS

Product colours may slightly vary due to screen settings and lighting conditions. Minor irregularities in fabric, print, or dye are often a result of natural or hand processes and are not considered defects or QC failures.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

Once processed, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded on request. Each piece is handcrafted specially for you. Anneson reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion.

Promotional offers are valid only on selected merchandise for a limited time on www.annesons.com. Please note:

• Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

• No alterations will be accepted for items purchased during sale events.

 

DELIVERY POLICY

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

• All orders must be prepaid.

• Domestic shipping is free and borne by Anneson.

• International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and must be paid by the customer.
